This involves stomach pains and urges to eat more food, especially after a sharp cut in calories and quantity.
I had spent the entire summer achieving a state of nirvana. Practicing mindfulness allowed emotion identification and disassociation to avoid entering this complacent state of gratification.
Heaven on earth is achievable, you can trick yourself into nirvana through the path to enlightenment. However, there are too many forces that control and prevent people from going into a permanent state of ecstasy. It is too dangerous to live in "the zone."
